| 5-2-1-Almost None Backpack Training

The 5-2-1-Almost None backpack training will give you the tools you need to
promote the 5-2-1-Almost None healthy lifestyle message in your organization and
to train others on the message, if you wish to do so. The training is free of
charge, and includes a meal and a backpack of 5-2-1-Almost None materials (one
per site). Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) credits are available.
The 5-2-1-Almost None backpack materials include:
- Presentation modules for grades K-2, 3-5, Youth and Adults
- A CD with PowerPoint presentations for each module
- Speaker notes to accompany the PowerPoint presentations for each module
- Key messages for each module
- Supporting activities on “5,” “2,” “1,” and “Almost None” for each
module
- Sugar demonstration kit
- Tennis ball for serving size demonstration
- Fruit and Veggie Trivia cards in levels “easy” and “hard”
- 5-2-1-Almost None fact sheets
- 5-2-1-Almost None poster
- Online resources supporting 5-2-1-Almost None
